  • Mat Madness Program Barre at the Beach

    Join me for Barre at the Beach as part of the Mat Madness Pilates & Barre Challenge Program. This quick workout uses just your mat but tones your entire body and gets in some nice low-impact cardio.

    This is Day 5 of the Mat Madness Program.

  • Strong Mat Flow

    This mat class starts out with a standing workout to target the upper body and legs and warm up the body. Then move down to the mat for some intense toning.

    This class uses light and heavy weights. I recommend between 1-3 lbs for your light weight and between 3-5 lbs for your heavy weight.

We start with standing pilates and then move down to the mat to target our core, glutes, legs and arms followed by flexibility training.

    This workout is non-stop for 30 minutes. From start to finish, you'll keep going. Work up a sweat and tone those muscles!
