Balance Barre Signature Class- My signature barre workout includes cardio, toning and stretching to burn calories, build lean muscle and then lengthen those muscles. You’ll burn calories, have fun and leave feeling energized.
Balance Barre Pilates Mat- Join me for a Balance Barre Pilates Mat class! In 60 minutes we will work our core, glutes, legs and upper body. This is going to be a powerful mat class so some pilates experience is recommended. Modifications and options will be provided!
HIIT the Barre™- Get ready for a revved up version of my signature class. This class includes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) along with our signature toning moves. Prepare to push yourself to your limits and then recover with focused strength training. Please note that this class includes non-low-impact moves. You should be in good physical condition to take this class.
Bump at the Barre®- This one is for mamas-to-be! Join me for a low-impact workout that will strengthen your pelvic floor, your baby-carrying obliques, your legs and glutes and your arms for carrying that bundle of joy. This workout is full of modifications specifically designed for pregnant ladies.
Babies at the Barre™- Grab your baby and meet me at the barre. In this class, we will wear our babies in a secure baby carrier and use them as resistance as we work through a Signature Balance Barre class. We will start with a light warm up, then move on to upper body using light hand weights, then head to the barre for some thigh and glute work. We finish the class removing the baby from the carrier and taking it down to the mat for some core strengthening exercises. Please note, the baby should be at least 6 weeks old and mom should have medical clearance from the doctor for this class.
