    This express barre workout will be total body focus with bursts of cardio throughout to get your heart rate up while toning the upper and lower body and core.

    For this workout, you will need:
    - A barre or sturdy piece of furniture.
    - Light weights.
    - A ball.
    - A mat.
    - A looped resistance band.

  • 30 Min Express Signature Reformer

    Join me for a 30 minute express signature reformer workout! This class uses a dowel or pilates pole to enhance the movements and add more challenge. Give it a try!

    For this workout, you will need:
    - A pilates reformer.
    - A pilates dowel or pole.

  • 30 Min Express Signature Tone

    Join me for a signature toning class! In this class we will use light weights, sliders and a band to enhance our toning workout!

  • 30 Min Signature Pilates Class

    Join me for a signature express pilates mat class! In this class we will use small props to enhance our pilates mat class.

    For this workout, you will need:
    - Light weights (1-2lbs).
    - A looped resistance band.
    - A mat.
