Grab your loop resistance band for this workout where we use the band the entire time to really deeply tone those muscles. If you don't have a band, consider tying a long resistance band in a loop or do the workout without a band!
For this workout, you will need:
- A loop resistance band
- Light weights *optional
- A ballet barre or sturdy piece of furniture like a chair
- A mat
