This prenatal barre class is designed for mamas-to-be in their first trimesters. We focus on strengthening and toning areas that will support us in our pregnancy while cutting out moves that no longer serve us. This class will help reduce first trimester symptoms and you will feel good to get moving!

For this workout, you will need:
- A barre or sturdy piece of furniture
- Bala bangles or wrist/ankle weights (optional)
- Light weights
- A looped resistance band
- A mat
