Join me for a signature barre class! In this class we start with a low impact cardio to warm up to get our heart rate up. We then use light weights to tone the upper body. We follow this with a barre section designed to challenge your lower body and work the muscles to fatigue. We then hit the mat to finish our workout with some targeted abdominal core work and a nice stretch!
