Grab your Pilates Stick for this workout. Attaching the Stick to a door frame or a barre, we use the Stick and the accompanying Straps to add extra resistance and instability challenges to our barre routine. Get ready to work your muscles in ways you never thought possible!
Grab a step, box or even a stair for this barre platform class. In this class we will elevate the heart rate with some cardio followed by intense toning. Using the step or platform, we will increase our heart rates, gain a greater range of motion and use elevation for deeper toning.
This is a great class if you are just beginning with barre or if you are coming back after a pregnancy or injury. It is also a fantastic reminder about technique and posture for more advanced students. Expect a slightly slower pace and more stretching. You will definitely still feel the burn!
