This Signature BBF Barre class will work you from head to toe. We start with a low impact cardio warm up followed by upper body using light weights. We then head to the barre where we will use a small pilates ball to tone the lower body. We finish with core work this time at the barre using a theraband before we stretch it out at the end.
For this workout, you will need:
- Light weights (1-3lbs)
- A pilates ball
- A barre or sturdy piece of furniture
- A theraband
- A mat
