This series of barre and pilates classes uses the theraband or long resistance band. This series includes:
- Signature Barre with a Theraband
- Signature Mat Barre with a Theraband
- Signature Power Barre with a Theraband
- Signature Express Barre with a Theraband

  • Mat Barre with a Theraband

    This full length mat class uses the long resistance band to target those small areas that need toning. Blending pilates and barre this class is a good mix of cardio, upper body and targeted mat work.
