In this signature barre class, we will tone your body from head to toe. Start with a low impact warm up followed by heavy and light weights for upper body. Then head to the barre to tone the lower body and finish on the mat for core and flexibility!
For this workout, you will need:
- Light weights (2-3 lbs)
- Heavy weights (4-6 lbs)
- A small pilates ball
- A barre or sturdy piece of furniture
- A mat
