Grab your loop resistance band (or tie a long one in a loop) for this class! In part 3 of this 3 part series we will be using the band the entire class to achieve deep toning in the muscles. Get ready to feel the burn!
If you don't have a resistance band, you can do this entire class without the band.
For this class, you will need:
- A loop resistance band
- Light weights *optional
- A barre or sturdy piece of furniture to act as a ballet barre
- A mat
