This HIIT the Barre™ video combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with traditional barre toning moves. It starts off with a cardio warmup and then goes into 9 rounds of HIIT starting with toning moves that progress to a HIIT round. After your recovery, start all over again until you've finished all 9 combinations. it is sure to get your heart rate up, blast major calories and tone and sculpt a beautiful body!
