  • Intermediate Dance Cardio 2

    Join me for a high energy intermediate dance class. This follow along choreography is meant to be repeated until you master it. Have fun and break a sweat!

    The first of the dance cardio series! Join me for this fun class where we shake our booties.

  • Intermediate Dance Cardio

    Work up a sweat with this intermediate dance cardio class. This class should be done in sneakers. This intermediate class includes no breakdowns of the moves. The idea is to practice this class multiple times to really nail the choreography and have fun!

    Optional equipment: Wrist weights

  • Advanced Dance Cardio

    This advanced dance cardio class has more complicated choreography and less breakdown. Repeat the class several times to really nail the choreo!

    All you need are your sneakers!

  • Pilates Trampoline

    Take the reformer jumpboard and bring it upright with this cardio pilates trampoline class. See moves that would normally be done lying flat on the reformer with the jumpboard done on the trampoline!

    The first half is cardio and the second portion is core.

    For this workout, you will need:

  • Barre Bounce

    This class uses a mini trampoline to infuse cardio intervals into your barre toning workout. You'll get a full-body workout blasting calories and toning and sculpting your body.

    For this workout you will need:
    - A mini trampoline
    - Weighted gloves or wrist weights or light handweights


  • Barre Bounce 2

    Have fun bouncing on a trampoline and also getting those barre shakes in! Barre Bounce combines jumping on a mini trampoline with classic barre moves for one incredible workout.

    In this barre video you'll turn up the cardio and then sculpt and tone for one serious workout.

    For this workout you will need:
    - A set of light weights
    - A sturdy piece of furniture or ballet barre
