This class uses a mini trampoline to infuse cardio intervals into your barre toning workout. You'll get a full-body workout blasting calories and toning and sculpting your body.
For this workout you will need:
- A mini trampoline
- Weighted gloves or wrist weights or light handweights

Not ready to commit to the equipment just yet? Do this workout without the equipment! Just jump on the floor and use a chair or sturdy piece of furniture to act as your barre.
Want to amp it up a bit? Try wearing the weighted gloves during the cardio segments as well!
