Our signature barre workout includes cardio, toning and stretching to burn calories, build lean muscle and then lengthen those muscles. You’ll burn calories, have fun and leave feeling energized. This class will tone and strengthen your entire body including: your arms, thighs, seat, abs and back. We'll end with some stretching for flexibility.

- A sturdy piece of furniture like a chair
- A playground ball
- Light weights
