This barre class goes back to its ballet routes pulling moves from traditional ballet repertoire. Expect to still get the great toning workout associated with all Balance Barre classes because we will be moving quickly to amp up our heart rate and performing lots of reps to really tone those trouble areas! We'll bring the moves, you bring the grace!
For this class you will need:
- Light weights (2-3lbs)
- A sturdy piece of furniture to act as a ballet barre
- A mat
