A 60 minute barre party, this class starts with a low-impact cardio warm-up, then moves onto upper body toning using light weights before heading to the barre to work the thighs and seat. Finally, we move down to the mat to work the core and burn out the thighs and seat topping it all off with a nice stretch at the end.
