This barre classes uses a loop band to create greater resistance and work deeper into your muscles. This class leaves no muscle untouched starting with cardio moving to upper body, lower body barre work and then seat and core work on the mat.
For this workout you will need:
- A loop resistance band
- A chair or sturdy piece of furniture to act as your ballet barre
- A mat
