Our signature barre workout includes cardio, toning and stretching to burn calories, build lean muscle and then lengthen those muscles. You’ll burn calories, have fun and leave feeling energized. This class will tighten and tone all of our favorite areas: arms, abs, thighs and seat!
For this workout you will need:
- a heavy set of weights (5-8 lbs)
- a light set of weights (3-4 lbs)
- a sturdy piece of furniture to act as your ballet barre
- a playground ball
- a mat
