    This class starts with some standing work to get the heart rate going before heading to the mat to focus on deep toning.

    Go back to the beginning of BBF On Demand with this classic barre class. No equipment necessary! Get ready to burn, especially during the abs at the end!

  • Barreless Barre Workout

    You don't need any equipment for this workout! Get a great barre workout without the barre. We start with a low-impact cardio warm up and then move on to standing thigh and seat work. We will finish on the mat for upper body, more glutes and abs!
