For this mom and baby class, you can strap your baby into the carrier and work on gaining back your fitness and strength postpartum. Did you put your baby down to nap? No problem, you can do this without wearing your baby. Make sure to get clearance from your doctor before starting this workout.

- Light weights
- A playground ball or something squishy like a teddy bear
- A sturdy piece of furniture to act as your ballet barre
