The first of a three part series, this workout uses the loop resistance band the entire workout to really challenge your body. You could also do this workout without a band.
For this workout, you will need:
- A loop resistance band
- Light weights (1-2lbs) *optional
- A chair or sturdy piece of furniture to act as your ballet barre
- A mat
