This barre class focuses on toning the whole body using a new piece of equipment, sliders! We won't use them the entire time but we'll get used to them in this class.
If you don't have sliders you can get them in the shop: http://brittanybendallfitness.com/product/exercise-sliders-gliding-discs/ or you can use two paper plates.
You will also need:
- Light weights (1-3lbs)
- A mat
- A sturdy piece of furniture to act as a ballet barre
