Grab a step, box or even a stair for this barre platform class. In this class we will elevate the heart rate with some cardio followed by intense toning. Using the step or platform, we will increase our heart rates, gain a greater range of motion and use elevation for deeper toning.
Grab your old step from the 90s or just use a staircase for this fun workout!
