Remember to always check with your physician before starting this or any other workout. It is important to get clearance especially while pregnant. Every pregnancy and every body is different so some of the moves may not feel good on your body. If they don't feel good to you, please discontinue the movement. This is especially important if you feel your heart rate getting too high (you should be able to talk) or you feel the core work is too strong.
For this workout, you will need:
- A mat
- A chair or study piece of furniture to act as your ballet barre
- A playground ball
