Take the reformer jumpboard and bring it upright with this cardio pilates trampoline class. See moves that would normally be done lying flat on the reformer with the jumpboard done on the trampoline!
The first half is cardio and the second portion is core.
For this workout, you will need:
- A mini trampoline
